How Fat You
Are (Or Aren't) Is A Choice You Make.
I've been a fat kid, (overweight, then obese), a fat (obese)
teenager, a fat young mom (obese, then morbidly obese), a fat
middle aged teacher and administrator (morbidly obese), and I
decided I didn't want to get old fat, so I lost
the weight
and am going through redundant skin reduction
(excess skin removal). The entire process is so arduous and emotionally
charged, that I
REALLY understand anyone who decides to stay fat, overweight,
obese, morbidly obese - whatever level they are comfortable with.
Regardless
of your choice, there are some things you just need to do.
Get fit. Whatever
you weigh, you should be able to sustain expending effort physically.
Walk with weights, do stationary exercises, find something that
you can exert at that works for you and work up to an hour a
day. As much as I hate to say it, none of us will ever be any
younger than we are today, and we are all going to get old; when
we do, we want to be strong enough. Bette Davis said it best,
"Old age ain't for sissies." And if you are
in or contemplate being in a long term relationship, let me tell
you from experience I've had as an obesity counselor, diapers are a bitch
whether you need them or are helping change them.
Take antifungals.
You may
not mind the weight coming on - you may even be one who seeks
to feed and gain - but if you are overweight you have a yeast
(Candida) infestation and, besides
making you gain weight, yeast is just a nasty beast that causes
illness. The Yeast Beast is sneaky; unlike bacteria, which creates
disease, Yeast creates dis-ease. Yeast is a fungus, and unlike
bacteria, it is a parasite; it makes you not feel good and not
have a villain to pursue.
Keep your
system regular.
Stuff rots in our intestines. Most of us have years and years
of buildup. This is a gross subject, so I'll cut to the chase.

Good to Go is edible, high fiber, Certified
Organic raw whole seeds cured in Candidacidin laboratory
proven naturopathic antifungal; it is a digestive supplement.
Edible whole seeds have a high pass through factor in the digestive
process. Edible whole seeds are the carrier of the antifungal
Candidacidin, extending dispensation of the antifungal
to the lower intestines as well as the small intestines. The
edible whole seeds cured in Candidacidin, when added to
hot cereal or other wet food, carry and disperse the antifungal
Candidacidin and water throughout the digestive tract.
Certified Organic flax, hemp, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
are cured in Candidacidin, a process by which the seeds
absorb the antifungal and then, as the seeds pass through the
system they disperse the antifungal, bring moisture to the lower
intestines, and absorb toxins for removal. |
